what could be more dangerous
than outraged poor person
with long knife
Here at World Streets we deal with mobility policy and practice, and, as we like to say: with a particular eye to people, and not to vehicles. Fair enough and be that as it may. But what do we do, what can we do, what should we at least try to do about the guy who cannot get to work because he does not have a job? Is that also our responsibility? Or do we duck and leave it to someone else?
